The Vintimate Dinner Series: Wine-focused dinners with local winemakers
Join us one Wednesday each month for an evening of food and wine pairing and the opportunity to meet local winemakers! BOKA’s GM and Sommelier Marc Papineau and Executive Chef Angie Roberts create a menu featuring seasonal, sustainable cuisine paired with Northwest wine. It’s a “dinner in the round”, fostering conversation and participation in a setting that is at once, intimate and elegant. May's Vintimate dinner features WillaKenzie Estate Winery, located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. WillaKenzie, started in 1992, focuses on several clonal selections of Pinot Noir, as well as Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc. These cool-climate grapes are perfectly suited the rolling Chehalem Mountains where the winery is located. The wines are 100% estate grown and the winery has a commitment to sustainable viticulture. Half off wine at BOKA!
Join us Tuesday for dinner or Friday for lunch, when BOKA offers half off all bottles of wine. BOKA's GM and Sommelier Marc Papineau has created a wine list featuring an eclectic selection of wines from around the world, with a focus on the Northwest. In addition, we feature a hand written, single "notebook" titled, Marc's List. This is a living sketchbook of Marc's creation, ever changing and featuring special wines ranging from trophy selections of some of the great producters of Napa and Bordeaux to small, biodynamic producers from Burgundy.

A Swinging Happy Hour with BOKA + Golf
BOKA invites golf lovers to play a round of virtual golf at The Golf Club, located in Hotel 1000, during Happy Hour (Mon-Fri 3-6pm). Enjoy half-price golf while noshing on BOKA's Urban Bites + Eats. Bar food is half off, well drinks are $4.75, draught beers $3, and select red and white wine is $5. Play one of more than 50 world class courses: Pebble Beach, Pinehurst No. 2 and the Old Course at St. Andrew. All seemingly come to life through panoramic fairways, crosscut greens, fanfare, water hazards and wildlife. And, don’t think because it’s virtual you can mull over a Mulligan—no mercy!
