Regulars don’t always settle for the master wine list; when they want to know what Marc is working on they ask for “Marc’s List.” It’s a personal journal of sorts full of his tasting notes on products he is researching for BOKA. Among many other entries, it includes the following testimonial from Marc:

“For me, wine is a vehicle, part of something larger. While I respect wine on its own as an art form, as a product, a science, it works best for me as an agent to the myriad world of ideas, passions, sensibilities and just plain enjoyment.
