He maintains a wonderfully diverse selection of new and old world wines in the BOKA cellar. He always has a few rare treats on hand - not to mention many rare values - all selected to complement BOKA's bold urban American flavors.

The list favors the wonderful wines of the Pacific Northwest and more than half of the cellar selections hail from prestigious regional wineries. Something new and different is always available by-the-glass with an emphasis on outstanding value.
